Return Policy

RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS

Products purchased directly from Sentinl / GetIDENTILOCK.com may be returned under the following circumstances:

  • Within 1 year of the date of original shipment for a manufacturing defect *; or
  • Within 30 days of the date of original shipment for any reason**

* The IDENTILOCK® product warranty does not apply to IDENTILOCK that are purchased from an unauthorized seller, unless the warranty is explicitly transferred from the original purchaser.

** 30 day return policy applies only to IDENTILOCK that are purchased directly from Sentinl Inc. / GetIDENTILOCK.com (online store) shipped within 50 US states.

 

RETURNS

We stand behind our technology and the promises we make. If you are not satisfied with IDENTILOCK®, returning it is easy.

Your IDENTILOCK is an advanced, precision electronic device and should be treated with care according to the instruction manual. Failure to handle the device according to instructions may void the product’s warranty and violate terms of the guarantee.

Returns must occur within the allotted time since purchase, and an original receipt is required and may only be processed after speaking to a Sentinl Inc. representative, by phone, to issue a return authorization ticket. The representative will trouble-shoot any problems with the device and its use prior to making a return, as to eliminate any confusion or misuse which may have impacted satisfaction. At this time, a return ticket may be authorized. Returns made without authorization will be refused and returned. Items returned must be in original condition, unworn and in their original packaging with any related accessories, instructions booklets, labels, protective covers, or boxes. Upon receipt of your item(s), and subject to inspection by our Quality Service Department, we will proceed with the return. After receiving your authorization, return the IDENTILOCK through the postal carrier of your choice.

IDENTILOCK® SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We Guarantee your Satisfaction! Sentinl Inc. is certain that you will be satisfied with your IDENTILOCK. As a result, we offer a generous money back guarantee. If your IDENTILOCK is received by Sentinl Inc. within 3 months from the noted date of shipment, your IDENTILOCK price (less Shipping and Handling) minus an 18% product return fee will be refunded to you subject to terms and conditions. You will also be required to pay for the return shipping costs. You must contact Sentinl Customer Service at support@getidentilock.com to obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA).

Please note that only orders placed directly through Sentinl Inc. and GetIIDENTILOCK.com are eligible for the money back guarantee. Devices purchased through from retail partners are subject to the retailer’s return policy and must be returned to the location from which the device was originally purchased. Devices purchased from unauthorized sources are not eligible for guarantee.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Purchases sent outside the United States may be assessed local taxes, duties, etc. upon arrival. The shipping firm that delivers the package may likewise impose additional brokerage fees or other surcharges as part of the customs and tax process. The recipient is responsible for paying all duties, taxes, fees, and international costs. Please review your countries import laws and fees before placing your order. If a shipment is lost, abandoned or you refuse a shipment due to the local taxes or duties not being paid, IDENTILOCK® will not issue you a refund for your order. Orders can be delayed due to verification or time of order being placed. Orders may be delivered in separate shipments.

**International orders may be assessed additional fees by the destination country that must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery. The price of the IDENTILOCK does not include customs fees. Those must be paid by the individual.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

All orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional 2-7 days in transit for US order and 4-30 days for International order.

PRE-ORDER POLICY

Pre-order means that the product is not currently in stock but you are allowed to place your order as per normal if you'd like to secure your IDENTILOCK before units inventory is received. We will, update you after Pre-order when inventory is available for shipping. Please understand listed availability timing is a projection based on latest information from our manufacturing partner thus subject to frequent change. 

 

IDENTILOCK® LIMITED WARRANTY

  1. Sentinl inc. (the “Company”) warrants to the original consumer (the “Purchaser’) of any IDENTILOCK purchased will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. These warranties are not assignable or transferable to any other person. This warranty does not apply to purchasers of as-is, distressed products, display samples or Sale/Clearance items these items are all sales are final.
  2. Any damage to the IDENTILOCK because of misuse, tampering, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, modification, unauthorized service, destruction, or the alteration of the serial number, or violation of the instructions furnished by the Company will void this warranty.
  3. The sole responsibility of the Company shall be limited to the repair or replacement (in its sole discretion) of any component of the IDENTILOCK which fails to conform to this warranty at no cost to the purchaser for the period of the warranty.
  4. Contact the Company directly to obtain service under this warranty. If it becomes applicable to send a defective product to the Company, a Return Authorization Number must first be obtained from the company. To obtain service under this warranty, purchaser must provide the Company with the following items
    1. proof of purchase,
    2. police or fire department report,
    3. photographs of damaged IDENTILOCK, and
    4. written testimonial.
  1. Products shipped without prior Return Authorization and Return Authorization Number may not be accepted, and the Company will not be responsible for their disposition and/or cost of return to the owner.
  2. The Company will not assume any responsibility for any loss or damage incurred in shipping. All return authorized products should include a copy of the original invoice in order that this warranty may be honored.
  3. This warranty is not an insurance policy. The Company is not responsible for any manner of damage to or theft of the Purchaser’s IDENTILOCK or its contents. 
  4. Any implied warranties that the purchaser may have are limited to the duration of the warranties described above. There are no further warranties that extend or apply beyond the face hereof, and the company expressly disclaims and excludes any and all warranties of merchant ability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
  5. Repair or replacement shall be the sole remedy for the purchaser under this warranty. The company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, losses or expense arising from the use or misuse of the IDENTILOCK. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitation may not apply to you.
  6. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
