I just purchased my 3rd Identilock for my Glocks and wouldn’t ever use anything else to secure my hand guns quickly and conveniently 100% of the time. Would strongly recommend that the company increase its customer support department to provide responses to customer issues.

Zero Communication

Don’t loose your keys. They won’t respond to the contact us page or social media. No phone numbers or email to contact them with. I lost my VAULTEK keys to a wild fire burning down my house and safe. They replaced them in a heartbeat. Go buy one of those instead.

I love this thing for my Glock 19. It simply works every time and give me piece of mind. Now if only you guys were to make a model that fits the glock 43x that my wife has, I would be even happier !
