    Missing shipment

    I ordered 2 Identilock Globle but only received one. No response from seller.

    Good. But the old one with the button was Great.

    The larger Identilock does function better & easier with the retractable button as the finger print pad. This one works equivalently to its competitors. Would have gotten the older, larger, model, but apparently not available for several months now...

    Not as expected

    Sorry guys, I bought this unit thinking it could be used to secure a loaded firearm. There are stickers on the device and notes in the instruction manual to never use on a loaded firearm.

    This pretty much defeats the purpose. I get that it’s a legal issue, but if a note is on the website indicating it’s not to be used on a loaded firearm, I didn’t see it.

    Poor Product Quality and Customer Service

    If I could give a zero star rating I would. The product is very cheaply made, and the law is easy to pick. I need to get replacement keys since I cannot find the keys that came with it. I have reached out to the company repeatedly and can’t even get a reply to customer service emails. I have purchased similar products from other companies where the quality significantly better and the customer service is superb.
